Having A Baby?

If your BMI is above 30, and you are thinking of trying to get pregnant. It is extremely important that you take 5mg of folic acid every day, for at least a month before conception and for the first 3 months of the pregnancy to reduce the chance of the foetus’ nervous system not developing properly and the baby being born with spina bifida.
